When you buy Premium-Line pliers from Dentaurum, you are choosing high-quality instruments. We grant a warranty of 10 years for material and production defects*. The warranty is not valid for normal wear and tear of the pliers or in the case of improper use.

* The 10-year warranty is on material and production defects, loosening of cutting inserts, breakage, and corrosion of the pliers’ body, providing the instruments have been used correctly and properly maintained. The warranty does not apply if the equipment has been manipulated or used outside of recommendations.

NOTES ON CARE – FOR A LONG SERVICE LIFE

We recommend you take regular care of your Premium-Line pliers to benefit from their precision and performance. To clean Dentaurum‘s Premium-Line pliers, any standard disinfecting or sterilising procedure can be used in accordance with the manufacturer‘s instructions.

 
 

 

CLEANING

Clean under running water with a soft nylon brush after each use. Do not use aggressive chemicals. Never use hard objects.

 

 

 

CARE

Regularly oiling the plier jaws, locks, sliding surfaces and other critical points ensure a long service life. We recommend the Dentaurum maintenance and protection oil.

 

 

DISINFECTION

Use a suitable pH-neutral disinfectant to avoid damaging the material. Take careful note of the maximum period of immersion (never overnight/over the weekend!)

 

 

STERILISATION

Suitable for an autoclave – please take note of the manufacturer's instructions on the maximum temperature.

 

 

STORAGE

Store in dry, well-aired conditions to avoid corrosion.
