The process begins with a mould provided by the dental clinician. From this, Michael uses Dublitop duplicating material and Dentaurum rema® Exakt F investment material for model casting.
“We find rema® Exakt F combines extreme accuracy with easy workability, adequate working time and easy divestment”.
“The next step is to lay Dentaurum wax patterns according to the agreed design. Then the second investment is made over the wax.
The final stage of the lost wax casting is made using Dentaurum remanium® GM 380+ alloy.
“We also use the Dentaurum Megapuls compact high-frequency centrifugal casting unit. Again, the system approach achieves critical stability with accurate expansion. It’s simple, effective and affordable."
“Finally, the fishing process includes sand-blasting and polishing to achieve a smooth mirror finish to the finished casting”.
